Before I became a coach, I spent two decades in HR, helping people get hired, promoted, and supported at work. I saw the realities behind the curtain: the burnout, the bad bosses, the quiet dread of Sunday evenings.
But I also saw the brilliance of people who were ready to evolve—and just needed someone to walk alongside them.
